Resolving social issues with “High Performance Digital”

We established DigiTrade on September 20, 2019, the same day the 2019 Rugby World Cup opened in Japan. Since then, we have been asking ourselves how “high performance digital” can help resolve Japan’s social issues.

We are currently in our third year, and we have defined how we can use digital to contribute to society: we will focus on areas that other companies cannot.

These are the fundamental thoughts behind our services:

[ Attracting foreign media ]: We have made large strides in bringing foreign media outlets to the Japanese market. We retained exclusive distribution rights and will expand these business activities from 2021.

[ Digital Products]: We identified superior digital platforms, such as DAZN and Wyscout, and paved their way to the Japanese market. We are planning to branch out to broader sports markets in the future.

[ SNS management / activation support ]: We supported Sony’s World Cup sponsorship and deployed their SNS (Sony x Football) in six languages. We are currently managing the SNS of European football clubs to reach out to their Japanese fans.

Digital will change the world by 2030. We will benefit our clients by adding “digital value” to their already-impressive offerings, advancing their interests and business process changes.
